Where we’re going:

In the four short months of my new role, we are starting two new Areas:  McGregor, MN and Spirit Lake Reservation.  These Areas are rural/reservation areas and need financial assistance to start up along with infrastructures in place to create sustainability.

Train and sustain areas through Committee training, Committee Chair collaboration, continued staff training from the Region around health, diversity, and excellence.

The Partners in Ministry Work Grant (PIMWG) exists to help develop the skills and habits of Staff Persons through intentional requirements and incentives, so that they might understand and develop a culture of owners in their area and grow their donor network.

Tribal Ministry growth: Training Initiative to develop skills to run an Area prior to the role. This will build up staff and leaders from within the Reservations in the Dakotas and Minnesota. Participate in NextGen Leadership, a national leadership pipeline program intentionally centered around developing people of color who are called to make a kingdom impact with adolescents.
